This year has seen me increasingly collabourate with the elegant and sophisticatedly sadistic Maitresse Nuit. We have found we have found our skills complement each other perfectly. Maitresse loves to tie our poor victims in exquisite shibari knots whilst I love to tie them up in words. We both enjoy making humiliation an art form and adore training “Les femmes de chambre” and “les servants” to our high exacting standards. We have also put on some impressive shows when it comes to showering our poor victims with a most special blend of champagnes.
The delightfully deviant Maitresse Nuit with a wicked glint in her eye…
This collabouration has also greatly improved my French vocabulary. I studied French literature at university and it is one of my great regrets that my French speaking skills are now days rather rusty from lack of use. However, things are now looking up. Phrases such “une petite salope”, “ une marie-couche-toi-là”, “un saint nitouche” and “une bonne fessée” now trip off my tongue quite effortlessly*
In December Maitresse and I are planning some very special Salons. These deviant and decadent afternoons will be rather select events with no more than three guests on each occasion, allowing us to tailor activities to the interests and attributes of those attending They will take place at the Maitresse’s opulent Seraglio in Dalston (just round the corner from chez Myers) and will last for 3 hours or so. To find out more email me at email@example.com.
Les Salons will be at as much fun at least!

*And yes you will get points (and points mean prizes) if you send me correct translations without resorting to google translate!
You may have wondered why the blog has gone a little quiet. This is because chez Miss Myers has been a hotbed of creativity of late. Divas have been getting stroppy, directors have been getting shouty, there has been much schmoozing of Hollywood moneymen, the make girl has gone AWOL and the runner is run ragged.
Well not quite, but there have been a few planning meetings and this project has certainly been focusing much of my attention. As some of you know, I have been considering producing a film of an erotic nature, starring yours truly, for quite a little while. The issue was finding the right filmmaker to work with, someone who was on my wavelength, who shared my vision of erotica as elegant, subtle, sophisticated and tantalizing. As you might imagine, I receive numerous e-mails from photographers and creative sorts wishing to work with me. I am very particular lady and most don’t tick my boxes. However an approach from talented filmmaker Ash caught my attention. We met and the final piece of the jigsaw fell into place. From then on it was go, go, go.
The “shoot” is taking place this weekend. A friend has been kind enough to lend me a county house location and re-known erotic photographer China Hamilton shall be keeping a watchful eye over proceedings; ensuring that every close up of red tipped fingers or seamed stockings is cinematic perfection…
Miss Myers signature blood red lips will most definitely feature Photo: China Hamilton
So what is the plot of this alluring tale I hear you cry! Well you will all just have to wait and purchase the film, won’t you? I can let you know, however, that one theme explored is erotic voyeurism. As featured in 1960’s classic Peeping Tom, without the murderous consequences however. Well that is all for now. I must go off now finish planning my costume. I can assure you it will be very, very special….
Well seeing as the first picture from the “So to Bed” series caused such excitement and controversy I thought I should share another one…
What is That mysterious rosy glow on Miss Myers inner thigh? Answers on a postcard please and do remember, impertinence is always punished!!
Serendipity is a funny thing. I turned on the Today Programme this to hear a discussion about a “Miss Myers”. My ears of course pricked up. It turned out however that they were actually talking about a Miss Vivian Maier (the pronunciation is exactly the same), a street photographer who was discovered after her death in 2009 when a man named John Maloof purchased a box containing rolls and rolls of her film at a thrift auction. On closer examination these film rolls revealed over 100,000 images of street life in New York and Chicago from the 1950s through to the late 1990′s, taking in all walks of life but focusing particularly on the poor and outsiders.
I must say that when I visited the Vivian Maier Collection website I got rather distracted from doing the accounts. Miss Maier’s photography quite stopped me in my tracks. Her images capture fragments of the every day, moments that would have gone quite unremarked, that would have been quite forgotten, that tell us so much about an individual, a life, a moment in place and time and which also leave us tantalised with so many questions. The incidental, the spontaneous, the small insignificances of life speak volumes through her lens and there is in my opinion something both beautiful and poignant in that.
So a case of double serendipity. Serendipity that this talented photographer got discovered at all by Mr Maloof and serendipity that turning on the radio at the exact moment to hear my name means I am sharing my excited discovery of Miss Maiers with you today. I can only share with you here an image of the exhibition poster, as getting permission to use the actual photographs on the blog is all rather complicated. However you can explore her extensive and fascinating portfolios on the Vivian Maier Collection website.
My good friends Garry and Izas set up the Resistance Gallery in East London in 2008 and for six years it has been a fabulous venue in the throbbing, trendy heart of Bethnal Green offering up lunatic and memorable evenings of cabaret, live music, and art, not to mention Lucha Libre (Mexican wrestling with a performative twist).
However a few weeks ago vandals set fire to some bins outside the Gallery causing extensive damage. The Gallery now needs to raise £15,000 to get back on its feet again and has set up a fundraising page on website IndieGoGo.
A fire eater performs at the Gallery
So my request to you is please contribute what you can to help get this vibrant venue back on its feet again. Even £5 will make all the difference. And as an added incentive if you contribute and then let me know I promise you will get a very special “treat” next time you come to see me. And I am sure you are all aware that Miss Myers’ “treats” a very, very special indeed…

It is never a dull moment with the luchadores.
Yes I know, I know, the poor blog has been a little neglected, but Mistress does require a holiday and a break from wielding the whip on occasion. I have some articles in mind but for now some images created with the fabulously talented China Hamilton in homage to Charlotte Rampling the darkly beautiful film The Night Porter.
